Sum of number of tokens minted, minus number of tokens burned, converted to USD (at today's prices).

Only applies to stablecoins with a non-NULL 'pegged currency' column, in other words, the stablecoin has an underlying currency that it is meant to be pegged to (e.g. if the ‘pegged currency’ is EUR, it will be converted to the equivalent US dollar amount, based on the current exchange rate).
