Blacklisted By

A blacklist could be issued against an address by a variety of entities, including the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), a national government, a regulator, the issuer of the token whose address is being blacklisted, and will be indicated if the "Blacklisted By" field is selected.

Do note that addresses are also sometimes "unblacklisted."
