Blacklisted At Date

Date at which this address was blacklisted by an organization. A blacklist could be issued against an address by a variety of entities, including the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), a national government, a regulator, the issuer of the token whose address is being blacklisted, and will be indicated if the "Blacklisted By" field is selected.

"Blacklisted At Date" is the date the blacklist went into effect. Do note that addresses are also sometimes "unblacklisted."
