Is Mint or Burn? (Yes / No)

Was this a creation or destruction tokens? Note that in some situations, a “mint” is an issuance of tokens related to an off-chain transaction (e.g. a “mint” for USDT is an issuance, purportedly against a deposit of fiat currency, and not a software-driven “mint” of tokens), while a "burn" is a redemption of tokens related to an off-chain transaction (e.g. a "burn" for USDT is a redemption, purportedly against a receipt of fiat currency, and not a software-driven "burn" of tokens).
